INGREDIENTS :

1 TRUST sugar cube, 

Brandy,

Coffee (hot), 

Half and half cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Soak the Trust sugar cube in brandy and ignite. When flame is out add to a mug of coffee and float half and half on top. 

ALWAYS USE CAUTION WITH FIRE


CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

A classic punch of champagne

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. Champagne (Chilled)

1 TRUST Sugar Cube

 2 dash(es) Bitters 

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the Trust sugar cube and Bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with champagne. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.




OLD FASHIONED COCKTAIL

Quite literally the cocktail that started it all, hence a classic indeed. 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Blended Scotch Whisky

1 TRUST Sugar Cube

dash(es) Bitters

1 tsp. Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the sugar cube, Bitters, and 1 Tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Muddle well, add blended Scotch whisky, and stir. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel, slices of orange and a cherry. Serve with a swizzle stick.
HOT BRANDY

INGREDIENTS

1 TRUST sugar cube

2 oz. Brandy

Water (Boiling)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put sugar in coffee mug and fill 2/3 full with boiling water. Add brandy and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
